Yiche

Shanghai Yiche Information Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yiche") was established in 2015 by a team of senior professionals who were among the earliest practitioners of auto financial services in China. Headquartered in Shanghai, it has expanded its business to major provinces, cities, and autonomous regions nationwide.
Yiche's business mainly consists of five segments: retail financing, corporate financing, equipment financing, smart retail, and supply chain financing.

Performance Overview
As of the end of 2019, Yiche's business covered nearly 100 cities, with over 1,000 cooperative dealers and cumulative loans of nearly RMB 3 billion.
It has established partnerships with nearly 10 mainstream auto brands, and its market share among core head-to-head brands exceeds 30%.
Monthly loan disbursement has surpassed RMB 120 million, with a full-year target of RMB 5 billion for 2020.
