Yihai Kerry Group is a diversified enterprise group invested in China by Singapore's Wilmar International, a Fortune Global 500 company. It focuses on grain and oil processing, oleochemicals, warehousing and logistics, domestic and foreign trade, and grain and oil technology research and development. In the late 1980s, Yihai Kerry began participating in the development and construction of China's grain and oil industry. It successively invested in and established more than 200 factories and trading companies in cities such as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Tianjin, Qingdao, Yantai, Qinhuangdao, Lianyungang, Wuhan, Xi'an, Chengdu, Harbin, Shijiazhuang, Nanchang, Taizhou, and Fangchenggang, rapidly growing into an internationally renowned grain and oil processing enterprise and trader. Yihai Kerry (Hunan) Grain, Oil and Food Co., Ltd. is affiliated with Yihai Kerry Group. The company is located in Wangcheng District, Changsha City. It is a large comprehensive grain and oil industry processing base integrating edible oil refining, medium and small packaging, flour production, rice processing, and rice bran oil extraction. The project covers an area of 339 mu, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, and is constructed in two phases. After full production, the output value will reach 8 billion yuan. It is mainly engaged in pressing, oils, flour, rice processing, and other production businesses, and will build a flagship food processing full-industry-chain project integrating regional headquarters economy, intelligent manufacturing, modern agriculture, and modern logistics. It is expected to be partially completed and put into production in August 2022.
