Weijing Technology is an integrated circuit design enterprise, registered and established in August 2020, with four R&D centers in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, and Xi'an. Since its inception, Weijing has focused on the design and development of mid-to-high-end intelligent perception chips, mastering key SoC technologies such as video encoding and decoding, image processing, low power consumption, and artificial intelligence accelerators, providing customers with competitive intelligent perception chips and solutions.
The company's founder and CEO, Mr. Zheng Jun, has over 20 years of experience in chip development and mass production. Before founding Weijing Technology, Mr. Zheng served as the head of the HiSilicon Shanghai branch and the deputy director (presiding over work) of the Kirin chip and technology development department, successfully delivering the entire Kirin series chips from Kirin920 to Kirin990 5G, supporting the successful commercial use of Huawei's mid-to-high-end brand smartphones.
The company has now rapidly grown to a scale of nearly 200 employees, with a complete organizational structure. It has industry senior experts in algorithm architecture, design, verification, backend, software, operations, mass production, sales, and services, possessing rich experience in application processor chip development and mass production. Among them, R&D personnel account for 90%, those with master's or doctoral degrees account for over 65%, and the core team has an average of over 15 years of work experience.
