Guangzhou Newlife New Material Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998, always adhering to the philosophy of 'Focusing on functional materials, creating a better life with intelligence', and is committed to the R&D, production and sales of products in fields such as adsorption functional materials, electronic ceramic materials and other functional materials. Over the past two decades, it has accumulated a number of core technologies, independently designed and built multiple automated production platforms, and up to now has over 100 valid authorized invention and utility model patents (including 34 domestic invention patents and 3 US invention patents), becoming one of the leading functional material manufacturers in related fields.
The company has four production bases in Huangpu (Guangzhou), Zengcheng (Guangzhou), Huizhou (Guangdong), Ningbo and Vietnam, with a current production building area exceeding 200,000 square meters and a total staff of over 1,000.
Operating products include magnetic rubber materials and consumer products, ring varistors for micro motors, chip varistors, negative temperature coefficient thermistors, flexible high-energy ray lead-free protective materials, samarium iron nitrogen rare earth permanent magnet materials, high specific gravity alloys (precision structural parts), all independently developed. Newlife magnetic rubber products are widely used in advertising display, home decoration, office and education scenarios, and have won numerous honors, including the 9th China Advertising Top Ten Industry New Material Innovation Award, twice the US SGIA exhibition annual best product award, twice the SPAF Seoul Printing Excellent Product Award, etc., with a leading market share for many years. In ring varistors for micro motors, Newlife has become a leading supplier globally in terms of advanced process technology, complete product range and leading market share. In recent years, the flexible high-energy ray lead-free protective materials launched have reached an international advanced level, and can be widely used in medical, security inspection, nuclear power, nuclear industry and other industries, and can replace imports in high-end applications. The newly developed samarium iron nitrogen rare earth permanent magnet materials can be widely used in scenarios requiring strong connection, such as consumer electronic products with magnetic adsorption function. Meanwhile, due to the characteristics of high Curie temperature, high intrinsic coercivity, small temperature coefficient and wide operating temperature range, these materials have good market potential in automotive and related scenarios.
Newlife attaches great importance to R&D and innovation, with an independent R&D center covering an area of over 10,000 square meters. It has various world-advanced testing instruments and experimental equipment, including scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, laser particle size analyzer, vibrating sample magnetometer, etc. There are more than 80 full-time R&D personnel. It has carried out various forms of industry-university-research cooperation with Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lanzhou University, Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology and other universities, and hired a number of senior experts as technical advisors to guide R&D work. The R&D center has been rated as Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for New Functional Materials and Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
Through long-term R&D and innovation, Newlife has formed a series of core technologies, including functional composite material processing technology, electronic ceramic component processing technology, micro-nano powder material preparation technology, equipment and automation technology, building technical barriers and forming advanced technical advantages in the industry. The company has formed a global sales network, with direct customers covering more than 60 countries and regions worldwide (products indirectly sold to nearly 100 countries and regions), and more than 2,400 domestic and overseas customers. In China, multiple sales departments have been set up to cover different product lines and customers in different sales regions. A US subsidiary has been established to serve the North American market. In most European countries and Japan and South Korea, cooperative relationships have been established with local entities. An overseas sales department has been set up to further explore markets in Southeast Asia, South America, Australia, the Middle East and other regions.
