Our company is a high-tech enterprise integrating robot intelligent production lines, automation equipment research and development, and precision parts processing. We currently have more than 90 employees, including more than 20 professional and technical personnel in mechanical design and manufacturing, automation control, casting, and other fields. Our main business includes: factory data wireless collection systems, factory emission data wireless monitoring systems, precision casting robot intelligent shell-making lines, precision casting post-processing equipment, high-load omnidirectional mobile robot chassis, vehicle lamp production lines and custom equipment, precision casting automation molds, and precision parts processing. Our products are mainly exported to Germany, the UK, Italy, the US, Mexico, Israel, Turkey, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, and other countries and regions. The company was established in 2002 and has been in operation for about 19 years. In 2019, we moved from Qiaokou to our self-built new factory in Jiangxia, which has its own employee dormitories and cafeteria. To enrich employees' leisure life, the factory is equipped with a dedicated gym, KTV, and other entertainment and rest areas, as well as a small self-service shopping supermarket to meet employees' daily needs. Standard dormitories are shared by 3-4 people per room, equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, solar water heaters, and private bathrooms. Each employee is provided with a single bed, desk, desk lamp, power socket, and other facilities. Married couples can apply for a suite. We have our own kitchen providing employee meals that are clean and hygienic. There is also a fully equipped small kitchen exclusively for employees to cook for themselves, meeting the needs of some employees who prefer to cook. The company implements a smart card management system throughout the factory, striving to provide employees with a humanized, intelligent, and modern working environment. Every summer, the company organizes a free 2-3 day trip. Various welfare supplies are distributed during holidays, and year-end bonuses are issued at the end of the year. Room and board are provided. Transportation subsidies or fuel card allowances are given based on employees' actual commuting situations. Social insurance is paid according to Wuhan's contribution standards.
