Biyao Mall is an e-commerce platform based on the Biyao C2M Operating System, providing consumers with quality-price ratio products. It has grown rapidly relying on word-of-mouth and trust from users, obtaining tens of millions of highly sticky users. On the back-end supply chain basis, Biyao locks in manufacturer resources in 17 major categories, forming a strong supply chain moat; on the front-end traffic and operations, Biyao continuously optimizes the ability for low-cost and large-scale traffic acquisition, and data-driven refined operations help continuously optimize user LTV.
Biyao Dream Factory is a supply chain SaaS system for IP derivatives launched based on the Biyao C2M Operating System, meeting the needs of enterprises for customized procurement of IP gifts. Biyao Dream Factory addresses the pain points of enterprise gift procurement, such as lack of high-quality supply chain, low production volume, and severe capital occupation, supporting orders starting from one piece with transparent pricing. On the other hand, some medium-sized IPs also have strong demand for small-batch and quick-response supply chains to realize the monetization of their own IPs. Currently, IPs such as Kunlun Fight and Caijing Magazine have all settled in Biyao Dream Factory.
