Qingyue Technology is a high-tech enterprise established based on Tsinghua University technology, including Beijing Visionox Technology Co., Ltd. founded in 2001 and Kunshan Visionox Display Technology Co., Ltd. founded in 2006. It is mainly engaged in the development, production, and sales of new display products such as Organic Light Emitting Display (OLED). The company has a group of professionals from R&D, production, marketing, and management backgrounds, mastering OLED display and module production technology, and establishing extensive upstream and downstream industry chain relationships. Qingyue Technology originated from the OLED project team of Tsinghua University, which began OLED R&D in 1996. After accumulating more than 10 years of R&D and 5 years of pilot production experience, Qingyue Technology has mastered OLED manufacturing technology, possessing complete production processes for OLED materials, devices, and modules, and has applied for over 100 domestic and international patents. Key technologies such as red light-emitting materials, single-layer structures, and colorization are at an advanced level worldwide.
In the second half of 2003, Qingyue Technology used its pilot line for small-batch production, becoming the first manufacturer in mainland China to conduct small-batch production on a pilot line in the OLED industry. In October 2008, Qingyue Technology's large-scale OLED production line in Kunshan, Jiangsu, was successfully put into operation.
