岗位职责
1.功能开发与集成：‌
负责APP中蓝牙和WiFi模块的开发，实现设备发现、配对、连接、数据传输等核心功能；集成第三方或自研SDK，适配不同芯片平台（如高通、MTK、紫光展锐）的通信协议栈；实现WiFi热点创建（SoftAP）、P2P直连、WiFi扫描优化等功能，提升用户连接体验。
2.协议理解与调试：‌
深入理解蓝牙协议和WiFi协议，能定位通信过程中的兼容性问题；使用日志分析工具追踪连接失败、断连、传输延迟等异常；与底层驱动、HAL层或系统Framework团队协作，解决跨层级通信问题。
3.性能与用户体验优化：‌
优化蓝牙连接速度与功耗，提升多设备并发场景下的稳定性；改善WiFi信号弱环境下的网络切换策略与重连机制；设计并实现用户友好的网络状态提示、故障引导界面，降低使用门槛。
4.测试与维护：‌
编写自动化测试用例，覆盖主流手机品牌的兼容性测试；跟进用户反馈的问题，快速定位并修复线上Bug；持续重构代码结构，提升模块可维护性与可扩展性。
5.跨平台与场景适配：‌
在Android与iOS双平台实现功能一致性，处理系统差异带来的兼容问题；支持智能家居、车载互联、可穿戴设备、健康监测等典型IoT应用场景的通信需求。

任职要求：
1.学历与经验‌：本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子等相关专业，‌3年以上Android或iOS开发经验‌，有智能硬件项目背景者优先；
2.编程语言‌：熟练掌握Java/Kotlin（Android）或Objective-C/Swift（iOS），具备扎实的C/C++基础更佳；
3.系统框架‌：熟悉Android的BluetoothAdapter、WifiManager、ConnectivityManager等核心API，了解iOS CoreBluetooth框架；
4.协议知识‌：理解蓝牙GATT服务模型、A2DP音频传输、HFP通话控制，以及WiFi的扫描、认证、关联流程；
5.调试能力‌：能使用日志分析工具进行问题定位，具备与底层驱动、HAL层协作的经验；
