贵州开阳化工有限公司（以下简称“开阳化工”）位于贵州省开阳县永温镇，厂区面积2355亩。于2006年8月16日正式成立，注册资本金9亿元人民币。公司*初由兖矿集团和开磷集团共同组建，出资比例分别为70%和30%，后经双方友好协商，决定以增资扩股的方式对开阳化工进行重组。双方于2018年1月31日签署《产权交易合同》，2月7日完成对开阳化工的工商变更，2月9日举行资产交接仪式成为开磷股份的全资子公司。2019年6月26日贵州瓮福集团与贵州开磷集团重组，组建成立贵州磷化（集团）有限责任公司，实现两磷合并，重组后开阳化工成为磷化集团全资子公司。
