新疆生产建设兵团农业生产资料有限公司（以下简称“公司”）的前身是新疆生产建设兵团农业生产资料供应公司，成立于1989年2月，注册资本1.922亿元，股东为原兵团供销总公司。2017年公司制改革，更名为新疆生产建设兵团农业生产资料有限公司。2019年，社企分开，股东兵团供销总公司更名为兵团供销投资（控股）有限公司（以下简称“投资公司”）。2020年11月，投资公司增资1.7亿元，公司注册资本增至3.622亿元。
经营范围：许可经营项目为农药的销售。一般经营项目为化肥、农膜、棉花及棉产品；日用百货的销售；房屋租赁；农业技术推广服务；液氮、农药机械、农用工具的调拨与零售；仓储、物流服务等。
