II. Development History
2007 - Maorun Electric (Bestek's predecessor) was officially established with its headquarters in Shenzhen;
2010 - Established a subsidiary and warehouse in the United States, laying out North American warehousing;
2011 - Selected as a National High-Tech Enterprise;
2012 - Established a subsidiary and warehouse in the UK, laying out European warehousing;
2013 - Established a subsidiary and warehouse in Japan, officially forming a "1+X" globalization structure;
2014 - The BESTEK brand ranked on the inverter power supply list and became an "Amazon Premium Seller";
May 2015 - Completed shareholding reform and officially renamed to: Guangdong Bestek E-commerce Joint-stock Co., Ltd., listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) with public stock issuance, stock code: 833663;
2016 - Received the title of "Amazon's Premium Seller for Global Selling";
- Selected as a pilot enterprise for "Internet and Industrial Integration Innovation in Guangdong Province";
- Won the "Customer Obsession" award at the Amazon "Global Selling" seller summit;

2017 - Received the title of "Famous Brand in Guangdong Province";
- Selected as one of the "Top 10 Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises";
