Who are we?
LEDVANCE is a global operating company for innovative lighting products, LED light sources, traditional lighting technologies, and smart and connected lighting solutions (smart home). It is a new company with over a century of heritage. In June 2016, it was spun off from OSRAM and independently operated. In 2017, it was acquired by the Chinese listed company MLS, making it a foreign-invested enterprise controlled by a Chinese company but independently operated. Headquartered in Munich, Germany, it has a very strong distribution network, operates in more than 150 countries worldwide, and is a well-known enterprise in the general lighting market.
