Gotion Hi-Tech

Gotion Hi-Tech (Guangzhou Gotion Hi-Tech Co., Ltd.) was established in September 2020, as a technology innovation company incubated within GAC Group. It is a mixed-ownership high-tech private enterprise initiated by GAC Group, with contributions from GAC Capital, the leading technology team of GAC Research Institute, and a platform jointly held by third-party strategic partners.

The company focuses on the research and development, production, sales, and service of super-fast-charging power batteries and next-generation breakthrough energy storage devices and their systems, striving to become a first-class innovative enterprise that satisfies customers, gains the trust of employees, and earns social acclaim, continuously creating environmentally friendly high-tech products, services, and value for the better life of the people.

Since its establishment in 2020, the company has developed rapidly. In just 6 months, it completed the authorization of the core basic patent for its second-generation battery; within 3 months, it completed the negotiation and signing for the settlement of its research and production base in the high-tech zone; and within 5 months, it completed the construction of its Nansha battery system factory. The Gotion XFC ultra-fast battery (XFC stands for eXtreme Fast Charging) produced by Gotion Hi-Tech has been successfully integrated into the GAC Aion V Plus models.
