Huaxing Securities Co., Ltd. (formerly known as "Huajing Securities Co., Ltd.", hereinafter referred to as "Huaxing Securities" or "the Company") is a national multi-license securities company approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and is also a joint venture securities company established in accordance with the "Supplementary Agreement No. 10 to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA)". In August 2016, Huaxing Securities was registered and established in Hongkou District, Shanghai, and officially commenced operations in November 2016. The company's headquarters is located in Shanghai, with a registered capital of RMB 3.024 billion.
The business scope of Huaxing Securities includes securities brokerage, securities investment consulting, securities underwriting and sponsorship, securities asset management, proprietary securities trading, and distribution of financial products.
