Beijing Yongdu Landscaping Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Yongdu Group") is headquartered at Floor 18, Tower A, Wanda Plaza, Beiyuan, Tongzhou District, Beijing. Currently, it has 9 subsidiaries, namely: Beijing Yongqing Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Yongdu Investment Co., Ltd., Beijing Yongfu Real Estate Co., Ltd., Beijing Yongtai Property Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Yongli Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Yongquan Building Demolition Co., Ltd., Beijing Hengsheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Yongdu Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd., and Beijing Jingwu Xinxing Security Service Co., Ltd. It is a group company engaged in diversified industrialization such as investment, real estate, property management, security services, construction, and building demolition.
Since its establishment in 2003, the building demolition company under the group has independently undertaken more than 300 building demolition and earthwork projects, including: the demolition works for the land development projects of Ciqu Station, Faqu South Station, and Yizhuang Railway Station on the L2 Light Rail Tongzhou Section; the demolition works for the land development project of No. 2 Plot (Phase III) in Pinggu District; the earthwork project for the second-phase residential project of Beijing FRP Products Factory; and the earthwork excavation and transportation works for the material storage and transportation company of Beijing Tobacco Company. The cumulative demolition and leveling area is approximately 5 million square meters. The construction company under the group has independently undertaken several site leveling, archaeological survey support, and construction enclosure works, such as: the site leveling project for Yuqiao Community; the archaeological survey project at Xijing, North II Zone, Zhongguancun Science Park, Shijingshan District; the archaeological survey project at Wulituo, Shijingshan District; and the temporary enclosure works at Beixin'an, Shijingshan District. The property management company under the group has independently undertaken various site guarding projects, such as the entrusted guarding of the Shijingshan land development project and the guarding of the comprehensive renovation land development project at Xihuangcun, Shijingshan District. The real estate development company under the group has independently undertaken more than 10 real estate development projects, such as the street commercial building project at Langfu Supply and Marketing Cooperative in Tongzhou District.
