为推进防控中心更好发展，明确其在运行中的独立法人地位，2019年1月，广州商品清算中心独资发起成立广州金融风险监测防控中心有限责任公司，主要业务为向政府及相关职能部门提供金融风险监测预警、分析研判、辅助处置等服务。
