公司简介连云港泰地石油化工有限公司是浙江泰地石化集团有限公司和连云港港口集团有限公司的合资公司。主要从事码头、成品油、化工产品的经营和仓储服务。我公司建设的码头和库区坐落于欧亚大陆桥的东桥头堡—连云港港旗台港区。码头建设规模为5万吨级（水深设计达10万吨级）泊位1座，年设计吞吐能力220万吨；库区建设规模为成品油、液体化工储罐36座，总容量为22.6万立方米；同时配备了一套完整的公辅设施。项目总投资8.5亿元。我公司于2017年4月份试运营，于2018年4月份正式运营。本工程陆域部分总面积约181300平方米，由海域围海吹填形成，吹填部分淤泥深度约15米。本工程罐区储罐及建筑物、构筑物由桩基承重。因此地基处理基本要求表面承载力达到≥8吨/平方米，尽可能消除桩基负摩阻及尽量减少工后地基沉降。本公司的库区可储存：成品油、燃料油、苯类、醇类、硫酸、烧碱等化工产品，共计40余个品种。公司的库区交通非常便捷，除海、江联运外，陇海线直接延伸到库区里，公路交通四通八达，内河水运还可连接运河。既满足了广大客户的运输要求，还*大限度的降低了物流成本。
