湖北海格斯新能源股份有限公司为盛虹集团控股子公司，是盛虹集团打造新能源、新材料、电子化学、绿色环保等多元化产业链条“1+N”新格局的关键核心项目。本项目总投资约184.86亿元，占地约2439亩，包含180万吨/年选矿装置、40万吨/年湿法磷酸，30万吨磷酸铁锂，建设从磷矿到磷酸铁锂的全产业链产品，同时配套水溶肥、专用肥等原材料供应和副产品综合利用装置。 公司以循环经济发展模式推进新能源材料行业发展，积极拓宽产业范围、延伸产业链，推动下游产业配套发展、集群发展和协同发展，实现资源价值的不断增值。
