Jianhua Building Materials Group, a comprehensive service provider of concrete products and technology, is a national housing industrialization base, founded in 1992, formerly known as Jianhua Pipe Pile Group.
After more than 20 years of development, through continuous technological transformation, innovation, quality improvement, and market share expansion, it has gradually achieved large-scale operations. Currently, Jianhua Building Materials' production and sales account for over 30% of the Chinese market share. As of October 2020, Jianhua Building Materials Group has established and put into operation nearly 70 production bases in 18 provinces (Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Henan, Hunan, Shanxi, Shandong, Liaoning, Jilin, Hebei, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Shaanxi, Hainan), 2 municipalities directly under the central government (Shanghai, Tianjin), and 1 autonomous region (Guangxi). Seizing the economic growth points of the "Yangtze River Delta", "Pearl River Delta", and "Bohai Rim" regions, the group has nearly 300 sales service outlets nationwide, covering most regions of the country. The group employs about 30,000 people, including nearly 4,000 management personnel. While intensifying national distribution and seizing market high ground, Jianhua Building Materials actively explores overseas markets and established its first overseas production base in Vietnam in 2012, striding towards the world. To better meet overseas market demand, in January 2018, the group established its second overseas production base in Vietnam. Currently, through self-built docks at coastal and riverine production bases, the company's products can be sold to Southeast Asia and neighboring countries.
The group covers nine major sectors including smart building materials, modern logistics, new-generation information technology, energy conservation and environmental protection, international trade, advanced machinery, sand and gravel aggregates, and construction, with 2 A-share listed companies, 1 NEEQ-listed company, and 1 high-tech enterprise.
Jianhua Building Materials (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is located at 2033 Husong Highway, where the Jianhua Science and Innovation Songjiang Development Center project is situated. Responding to government industrial development planning and guidance requirements, the project carries out industrial upgrading and transformation of existing industries, supports the high-quality development of Sijing G60 Science and Innovation Corridor and the improvement of the area's image, integrates and enhances internal industrial resources, leverages industry influence, strengthens the agglomeration of advantageous upstream and downstream industries, and will build a composite science and innovation industrial cluster integrating production, R&D, office, exhibition, headquarters, supporting services, and various functions.
