2. 熟练掌握spring，springboot，mybatis等框架的使用，对原理有深入了解，熟悉框架扩展点，对框架有定制扩展开发能力。
3. 熟悉分布式系统，了解高并发场景下常见的设计思路和解决方案，对redis，zookeeper，rabbitmq，elasticsearch等中间件有熟练应用经验。
4. 具有责任心和系统负责人意识，良好的沟通能力和规划落地能力，能在较强压力下出色完成任务，有客服相关系统背景优先。
