“华地恒通·乐荟城”项目位于绵阳科创园区剑南路西段323号（东辰中学对面），是园艺山上*商业综合体，是由中国企业500强、中国民营企业100强的通威集团与四川华地盛远投资有限公司共同打造，通过控股华地恒通，通威集团成功涉足商业地产行业，并制定出10年内完成投资、开发建设、运营10个项目的发展目标，其战略布局全川。
