Hangtian Zhixin

Hangtian Kegong Intelligent Operations Research and Information Security Research Institute (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Hangtian Zhixin") is a major layout of the Third Academy to expand and strengthen the field of information equipment. It is mainly engaged in system application and joint system research, top-level design, overall demonstration, and development and production of complex information systems, providing overall solutions for system-level and system-of-systems information systems, as well as design, development, and integration verification of information security systems.
Hangtian Zhixin focuses on business areas such as system design, requirements management, command and control, joint planning, mission planning, simulation deduction, joint experimentation and simulation training, joint logistics support, and information security, building industrial ecosystems in areas such as social governance, emergency management, smart cities, intelligent connected vehicles, and smart logistics. With over 30 years of professional heritage, it has taken the lead in China in developing mission planning, simulation deduction, and effectiveness evaluation systems, filling gaps in the country; it has successively undertaken the development of over a hundred types of systems, many of which have reached domestic high-end levels. It is a pioneering force in China's network information system construction and a core research and development unit for domestic information technology.
