In April 2026, relying on the National Key Laboratory of Effective Utilization of Chemical Resources, the company established, together with Beijing University of Chemical Technology, the Joint R&D Engineering Center for Extra-High-Performance Fire Safety Materials. In May 2026, the company signed an agreement with China Fire and Rescue Institute to carry out dedicated research on fire prevention and control for electrochemical energy storage batteries. At present, the above two institutions have in-depth cooperation with our company in the research and development of special-effect extinguishing agents for battery fires and experiments of various scales on battery fires. As of June 2026, the company's research and development on fire prevention and control for electrochemical energy storage batteries has achieved decisive results. For *high-energy-density NCM 811 batteries, our extinguishing time has been advanced to within 0.2 seconds, with absolutely no re-ignition. More than one hundred invention patents have been applied for in this direction. It should be noted that since early 2024, due to delayed payments from central state-owned enterprises and the government, our company has experienced severe financial difficulties and was almost on the verge of bankruptcy. With the understanding of core employees, the support and help of all sectors of society, and continuous exploration in battery fire research, we have successfully emerged from the trough. At present, operations at the existing scale can be guaranteed, and social insurance and housing provident fund contributions can be paid normally. R&D has now entered the *final sprint stage; the relevant agents have passed internal self-inspection and will soon be submitted for testing and certification and put on the market. Accordingly, the company is about to enter a stage of comprehensive explosive growth and expansion.
