Shenzhen CGN Wol Radiation Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Company") is a subsidiary of CGN Nuclear Technology Application Co., Ltd., a member company of the large state-owned enterprise CGN Group. It was established in Shenzhen in June 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 30 million, jointly funded by CGN Nuclear Technology Application Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material Co., Ltd., with Nuclear Technology Company holding 60% and Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material holding 40%.
The company is currently mainly engaged in irradiation modification technology services for products such as wires and cables and heat-shrinkable sleeves. It currently owns two 1.5MeV electron accelerator irradiation processing production lines, and additionally shares nine 1.5-5MeV electron accelerator irradiation processing production lines with its shareholder Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material, totaling eleven 1.5-5MeV electron accelerator irradiation processing production lines for providing external irradiation modification technology services.
