瑞环（合肥）环境有限公司是日本瑞环株式会社（Nippon Refine）的100%控股子公司，日本瑞环有着五十多年有机化学品精制回收的历史，是日本规模***的精制有机化学品龙头企业。它所掌握的有机化学品精制回收技术是处于*地位的，其中剥离液的精制回收技术在全球也只有三家企业掌握。合肥利发茵化工有限公司位于合肥循环经济示范园乳泉路北侧，占地面积103亩，注册资金1000万美元。一期项目于2016年9月8日正式开工建设，新上10条蒸馏设备，处理有机溶剂6.25万t/a，精制、回收各类有机溶剂共计5万t/a。
公司利用先进的有机分离技术，为合肥市及周边地区IT行业、液晶面板业、医药化工及锂电池业的广大用户，提供有机化学品的循环再生利用，节约大量的化石能源减少对环境的直接污染。
