工作职责：

1、作为技术骨干，参与需求分析和功能设计，指导设计、实现及部署工作；

2、配合产品经理或架构师进行技术调研、技术决策，进行技术风险评估，参与产品架构的设计；

3、设计开发核心功能模块，确保其性能和可靠性；

4、协助、指导软件工程师解决关键问题；

5、维护现有软件产品，快速定位并修复现有产品缺陷。

任职资格：

1、大学本科计算机或相关专业，3年以上JavaEE工作经验，有供应链开发经验者优先；

2、熟练使用Spring、Hibernate、MyBatis、JSF、MySQL等常用技术，熟悉IO、多线程，了解常用Java设计模式；

3、熟悉WEB相关标准（HTML、CSS、JS、HTTP），有至少3年的Web应用开发经验者优先；

4、有责任心，能独立的承担软件设计和开发工作；

5、有创新精神，愿意学习新技术，有良好的团队协作精神及沟通能力。
