"上海青浦燃气有限公司成立于2016年11月16日，其前身为上海青浦煤气管理所。2018年10月29日起纳入上海燃气管理体系，是由上海燃气有限公司控股的一家区域性燃气企业。主要负责对青浦区（除徐泾镇外）管道燃气的建设、供应、服务和管理，以及为全区未通管道气地区提供液化气供应服务。目前公司拥有燃气管网1400余公里，天然气用户20余万户，液化气用户约12万户。公司下属15个职能部室、2座天然气门站、1座液化气储配站，以及9个天然气营业室、9个液化气供应站和两家全资子公司（上海青浦燃气综合经营有限公司、上海嘉憬汽车运输有限公司）。"
