公司成立于2005年5月18日，公司前称“佛山市禅城区掀圆模具厂（普通合伙）”；是一家以制造、销售：塑胶模具、塑料制品、五金模具、五金制品、机电配件等产品，厂址座落于佛山市禅城区南庄镇罗格三丫涌工业开发区。2020年12月，为因应公司发展态势，扩大生产规模，更好地服务客户、引领市场，成立“佛山市圆创塑料实业有限公司”，并迁址至：佛山市南海区里水镇岗联工业区西线路10号之一（住所申报）。并于2021年5月正式投产运营。
