Foshan Qixin Mould Factory was established in 2004 and is located in Lishui Town, Nanhai District. The company covers a total area of 15,000 square meters. Since its inception, it has been deeply engaged in the research and development of die-casting mold technology, introducing advanced domestic and international die-casting mold technologies such as ultra-low speed, vacuum, and local squeezing, adopting mold flow analysis technology, and successfully applying it in actual production. The company has departments for mold R&D and design, mold manufacturing, product die-casting, precision machining, surface treatment, quality management, and after-sales service. It boasts an excellent technical team of over 150 experienced members and has the production capacity to manufacture over 450 sets of high-precision die-casting molds (250T-3000T) annually. Since its establishment, the company has consistently promoted 5S management and has passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification, and introduced the TS16949 system, laying a solid foundation for ensuring quality. From its inception, the company has invested in a series of high-precision testing, die-casting (up to 1650T), and processing equipment, and possesses advanced CAD/CAE/CAM design and mold ERP manufacturing systems.
Since its establishment, the company has been focusing on die-casting molds (aluminum, magnesium, zinc, copper). Its products cover fields such as automotive parts, motorcycle parts, communication equipment/IT, home appliances, medical equipment/*, and industrial structural components. Products are exported to developed countries including the United States, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, and Japan, providing high-quality products and excellent services to well-known international enterprises for a long time.
