Shanghai HengLian Network Co., Ltd. was jointly invested and established in 2001 by China Telecom Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Caohejing Hi-Tech Park Development Corporation (a subsidiary of Shanghai Lingang Group), with a registered capital of RMB 10 million, each holding 50% of the shares. The company primarily operates full-range telecommunications services and expands innovation in professional fields such as cloud computing, big data, system integration, and smart parks, providing enterprises with high-quality and comprehensive IT services.
Company Strategy: As a professional informatization service subsidiary of Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, the company provides technical support for the construction of the smart park, undertaking functions such as smart park planning/consulting, agent-client services for smart park construction, and operation and maintenance of smart park systems; leveraging resources from both shareholders, it provides overall informatization service solutions for smart parks, including basic communication services and IT outsourcing services.
