On December 25, 2014, the signing ceremony for the strategic base project investment cooperation agreement of Taihe Jinyi Technology Co., Ltd. (Hefei) was held at the Hefei Municipal Government Affairs Center in Anhui Province. The total investment in the strategic base of Taihe Jinyi Technology Co., Ltd. (Hefei) is 2 billion RMB. The first phase will be located in the Hefei Factor Market in Binhu New District, covering an area of 16,000 square meters and accommodating 2,000 employees. The main business includes credit card full-process outsourcing services, data entry, and bill processing outsourcing services. The second phase of the project plans to build a high-end service outsourcing business base capable of accommodating 10,000 people in the Binhu International Financial Back-office Base area, including a regional operation headquarters, a 10,000-person intelligent delivery base, an intelligent training base, employee dormitories, and working and living support facilities for high-end financial seconded personnel. The first and second phases of the project are planned to be completed within 5 years, achieving employment for more than 10,000 people and profits and taxes of 250 million RMB.
