我们正在寻找两名Python后端开发工程师，加入我们的技术团队，共同打造新一代AI运营平台。如果您对异步编程、平台建设、数据抓取和AI集成有浓厚兴趣，欢迎加入我们！
岗位职责
1. 负责公司AI 营销平台的后端开发工作，使用FastAPI框架构建高性能API接口和搭建后管系统。
2. 参与Agent应用开发，基于FastAPI+LangChain\Dify等技术。
3. 设计和实现异步任务处理系统，使用Celery处理高并发I/O操作
4. 参与数据库设计和优化，使用PostgreSQL存储和管理业务数据
5. 对接飞书多维表数据接口或者其他业务系统，提供AI自动化功能集成。
职位要求
必备条件：
1. 2年以上Python后端开发经验，熟悉FastAPI框架
2. 熟练掌握异步编程，有实际项目经验
3. 熟悉关系型数据库（PostgreSQL），掌握数据库优化技巧
4. 熟悉微信小程序开发生态
5. 有前端开发经验(Vue/React)
6. 了解Celery、Redis等高并发缓存技术
7. 具备良好的代码规范和文档习惯，有团队协作精神
优先考虑：
1. 有Langchain、RAG等Agent开发经验
2. 了解Figma UI设计
3. 有AI IDE编程经验。
4. 飞书多维表API开发经验。
