岗位职责：
1、负责公司核心 Python 后端系统的设计、开发与维护，保障系统的高可用性、可扩展性和安全性
2、参与视觉算法训练相关的工程化实现，包括数据预处理、模型训练流程搭建、训练结果评估与优化等
3、与AI中台团队紧密协作，将视觉算法模型高效集成到业务系统中，解决实际业务问题
4、设计并实现算法训练所需的数据管道，支持大规模图像 / 视频数据的处理、存储与管理
5、参与技术方案评审、代码审查，持续提升团队开发效率和代码质量
6、跟踪 Python 开发及视觉算法工程化领域的新技术、新趋势，推动团队技术升级
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、软件工程等相关专业，3 年以上 Python 开发经验，211、985、以及研究生优先（大专学历请勿投递）
2、精通 Python 编程语言及常用库（如 NumPy、Pandas 等），熟悉 Django/Flask/FastAPI 等至少一种 Web 框架
3、具备视觉算法训练相关经验，熟悉 TensorFlow/PyTorch 等至少一种深度学习框架，了解 CNN、YOLO、ResNet 等常见视觉算法原理
4、掌握数据结构与算法，熟悉 Linux 系统操作，具备良好的 Shell 脚本编写能力
5、熟悉数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL 等）设计与优化，了解 Redis 等缓存技术的使用
6、具备良好的代码规范和文档编写习惯，熟悉 Git 版本控制工具及 CI/CD 流程
7、有图像 / 视频数据处理、模型训练工程化落地经验者优先
