岗位职责：
•学历要求：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业（计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息工程等）毕业。
•工作经验：3年及以上JAVA后端开发经验，具备前端开发经验，熟练掌握vue.js框架及相关生态（如Vue Router、Vuex等），能独立完成前后端联调。
•项目经验：有独立开发中大型toB项目经验者优先，优先考虑有企业资源管理软件（ERP）、商业系统、办公自动化系统（OA）等相关项目开发经验的候选人。
•技术能力：

￮后端：熟练掌握Java基础、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流框架，了解Nutz框架，熟悉微服务架构、RESTful API设计规范；
￮前端：熟练运用HTML、CSS、JavaScript，精通vue.js，能独立开发前端页面及交互逻辑；
￮运维相关：具备服务器选型、数据库（MySQL、Oracle等）管理、服务部署（Docker、Linux）及日常运维经验，能独立处理基础运维问题。
•架构能力：具备中大型项目整体架构设计能力者优先，能独立完成架构方案设计、技术选型及风险评估。
•AI相关：有一定的AI编程经验，能够熟练使用AI编程工具辅助开发，借助AI提升开发效率、解决技术难题。
•沟通与能力：具备良好的沟通表达能力和需求理解能力，能独立对接需求方，高效推进项目落地；具备较强的问题解决能力、自学能力和团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
四、优先条件
•有中大型toB项目全流程开发及架构设计经验者优先；
