Chongqing Guangpu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was founded in 2021. Relying on the research achievements of Chongqing Yuntianhua Hanen New Material Development Co., Ltd., the Company is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of polyvinyl alcohol functional membrane materials; and the technical development, technical consulting and technical services of membrane material related equipment and additives. Chongqing Yuntianhua Hanen New Material Development Co., Ltd. is an independent innovation-oriented enterprise integrating new material research and development, production and sales. It was officially established in March 2016 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. The predecessor of the Company was the Chongqing R&D Center of Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd., located in Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Chongqing, with a total land area of 115 mu and a total building area of 64,000 m², including a laboratory area of more than 10,000 m². It is a postdoctoral research workstation of Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Chongqing, and the testing center of the Company has obtained CNAS accreditation. The Company now has an excellent R&D team and a first-class laboratory, as well as a complete set of talent training mechanisms and incentive measures.
