Chongqing Hengyi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. was established on August 23, 2021, jointly funded by Mr. Tang Qing, founder of Chongqing Hengsheng Hand Surgery Hospital Co., Ltd., and Mr. Zhao Jianbo, founder of Chongqing Kangyi Elderly Care Service Co., Ltd. Combining national policies and leveraging shareholder backgrounds, Hengyi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. is committed to exploring innovative models of integrating medical care with elderly care. Its subsidiary, Chongqing Hengyining Medical and Elderly Care Service Co., Ltd., is building a distinctive medical-elderly care integration facility, the "Hengyi Medical and Elderly Care Center."
The "Hengyi Medical and Elderly Care Center" is located at Building 7, No. 1 Xingyan Road, Jiulongpo District, near Dayan Light Rail Station, in the core area of the main city with convenient transportation. Within a 3-kilometer radius are densely populated residential areas such as Yangjiaping, Baguocheng, Erlang, Shipingqiao, Panlong New Town, and Shiqiaopu. It covers an area of 7,000 square meters with a building area of 12,400 square meters. It is a standalone courtyard, quiet amidst the bustle, offering good privacy. The plaza in front of the building, exceeding 3,000 square meters, provides ample activity space.
The center's "Hengyi Hospice Care Center" will be the first hospice care center in Jiulongpo District (government-designated), capable of alleviating suffering for patients with terminal diseases such as cancer that have no hope of treatment, improving the quality of life of dying patients, and helping patients pass away comfortably, peacefully, and with dignity, complementing the functions of other medical institutions. The center has 155 beds, providing 24-hour service every day, including holidays, to the public. It has departments of internal medicine, pain management, traditional Chinese medicine, hospice care (palliative care), medical laboratory, and medical imaging; it has professional medical staff in various specialties providing professional and efficient medical services. The center will engage psychological counseling institutions and religious groups in the city to provide psychological support for hospice care patients. It is a sister medical institution to Chongqing Hengsheng Hand Surgery Hospital, providing corresponding medical support. It has also invited experts from relevant departments of major hospitals in the city to form an advisory team, greatly enhancing its technical strength and reputation. Our hospital is equipped with imported C-arm X-ray machines, Mindray MST color ultrasound, fully automated biochemical analyzers, fully automated blood cell analyzers, intensive care monitors, electronic acupuncture treatment devices, wax therapy machines, and other rehabilitation physiotherapy equipment, providing strong support for clinical work and strong guarantees for postoperative functional rehabilitation exercises for the majority of patients; it has a standardized and normalized disinfection and supply room to ensure patient safety; it is equipped with ambulances, providing necessary logistical support for patients.
The center has a Jiulong Subdistrict Community Elderly Care Service Center (government-designated), with 1,500 square meters of elderly care service space, providing services such as daytime care, daily living assistance, leisure and entertainment, meal services, and rehabilitation treatment for the elderly population in the jurisdiction.
At the same time, the center also has an elderly care institution with 260 elderly care beds, operating under the medical-elderly care integration model, highlighting medical advantages and environmental advantages, mainly providing elderly care services for disabled, semi-disabled elderly and those with medical needs.
