南京凯地医疗技术有限公司是一家处于临床阶段的新药研发公司，公司致力于治疗恶性实体肿瘤的新型CAR-T细胞与基因治疗新药的研发。依托公司先进的合成生物学技术平台—KD-SmCAR™，凯地医疗已成功开发多条针对恶性实体肿瘤的CAR-T一类新药研发管线，含二代CAR-T、双靶向四代CAR-T及异体通用CAR-T，目前已申报CAR-T相关中美专利三十余件，近一年来获授权专利近10件，为国内外CAR-T*水平，其中核心管线KD-025专利均为中美首次授权。靶向NKG2DL适应症为肝癌及胶质瘤等的KD-025 CAR-T产品临床前研究成果先后在国际肿瘤免疫治疗权威杂志《Journal fImmunoTherapy of Cancer》和《Cancer Immunology Research》和美国肿瘤临床年会ASCO发表。目前正在多中心开展KD-025 CAR-T POC临床试验，已完成多例临床回输，无明显毒副反应，产品安全有效。同时，凯地正在以战略合作的方式加快推进KD-025 CAR-T国内外IND申报及多款新型 CAR-T IIT临床研究。
