岗位职责
1、负责数据标注众包平台的后端架构设计、核心模块开发与性能优化；
2、根据业务需求，设计并实现任务分发、用户管理、质检、支付结算等核心功能；
3、参与数据库建模与接口设计，确保系统高并发和高可扩展性；
4、负责平台安全设计（数据隔离、权限控制、接口安全）；
5、指导团队成员开发，参与代码评审，推动开发规范落地。
任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上 Java 后端开发经验；
2、熟悉分布式系统设计，掌握 Spring Boot/Spring Cloud、MyBatis、消息队列等常用技术栈；
3、熟悉 MySQL/Redis 等存储系统，具备数据库设计和性能调优经验；
4、有高并发、高可靠平台开发经验者优先；
5、具备良好的系统架构能力与代码规范意识，能独立负责项目；
6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有带领小团队经验优先。
