I. Introduction to Xinxing Jihua Group
Xinxing Jihua Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinxing Jihua Group"), a central enterprise supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, is a large state-owned capital investment company integrating asset management, capital operation, and production and operation. The Group's headquarters is located in the Fortune Financial Center, CBD, Beijing.
Xinxing Jihua Group focuses on six main businesses: metallurgy and casting, light industry and garments, machinery and equipment, emergency response, pharmaceuticals, and services. It is the world's leading research, development, and production base for ductile iron pipes in terms of production and sales volume, and the largest domestic research, development, and production base for steel grating; it is also the largest domestic research, development, and production base for military logistics supplies, professional uniforms, professional shoes and boots, and high-end textiles. The Group owns three listed companies: Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. (000778.SZ), Jihua Group Co., Ltd. (601718.SH), and Haiyao Co., Ltd. (000566.SZ). Over 200 member enterprises of the Group are located across 30 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) in China and in countries such as Canada, India, Zambia, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia. II. Introduction to Xinxing Jihua (Beijing) Intelligent Equipment Research Institute
In response to business development needs, Xinxing Jihua Group has established Xinxing Jihua (Beijing) Intelligent Equipment Research Institute Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the "Intelligent Equipment Research Institute", with a registered capital of 100 million RMB. It is primarily responsible for project coordination, product portfolio planning, and research and development capability building for product lines such as military support vehicles, counter-terrorism and peacekeeping vehicles, emergency rescue vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, intelligent underwater robots, individual comprehensive support combat systems, and various specialized pumps.
