岗位职责
1. 参与AI平台后端架构的设计与优化，基于Python技术栈开发高可用、高并发的核心服务，保障平台稳定运行。
2. 负责AI工作流节点的编码实现，包括节点逻辑开发、参数配置设计、任务调度对接，支持工作流的灵活编排与高效执行。
3. 参与大模型微调相关的后端开发工作，包括微调数据的预处理接口、微调任务的提交与监控、模型成果的存储与调用封装。
4. 负责后端接口的设计、开发与文档编写，配合前端、算法团队完成需求对接，确保跨团队协作高效顺畅。
5. 负责系统性能优化，包括接口响应速度提升、数据库查询优化、并发任务处理能力增强等。
6. 跟进Python及AI开发领域的新技术、新框架，将合适的技术方案引入实际业务开发中。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业，2年左右Python后端开发经验。
2.熟练掌握Python编程语言，深入理解Python常用数据结构、算法及设计模式，具备良好的编码规范。
3.熟悉主流Python Web框架（如Flask、FastAPI），有基于Flask开发高性能接口经验者优先。
4.熟悉关系型数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL）及非关系型数据库（Redis），具备数据库设计与优化能力。
5.熟悉（elasticsearch、milvus）等主流向量数据库的向量检索、全文检索
6.了解Linux操作系统，具备基本的服务器部署、监控及问题排查能力。
7.具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神及问题解决能力，对AI技术有浓厚兴趣和探索热情。
