Coal Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CSCI") is a wholly-owned second-level enterprise of China Coal Technology & Engineering Group Corp. Over the past 60 years, it has undergone four operational phases: a research institute under the former Ministry of Coal Industry, a central directly-managed enterprise, a second-level subsidiary of a central enterprise, and a central research institute of a central enterprise. The Mine Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, with the mission of "continuously promoting innovation in artificial intelligence technology for mines and serving the national energy industry," focuses on the urgent needs of the coal industry's digitalization, intelligence, and green development for next-generation artificial intelligence. It concentrates on basic theoretical research in mine artificial intelligence applications and breakthroughs in key common technologies, centering on three core research directions: mine intelligent perception and collaborative computing, mine data science and cognitive intelligence, and mine decision intelligence and optimization. It aims to establish an organic and interconnected mine intelligent ecosystem of "perception intelligence, cognitive intelligence, and decision intelligence," promoting the high-quality development of "digital coal." To meet the needs of CSCI's reform and development, further broaden the vision for selecting and employing personnel, adhere to market-oriented talent selection, and strengthen the construction of the scientific research team, it has been decided to carry out global recruitment for the Mine Artificial Intelligence Research Institute.
