一、岗位职责
1、负责工厂厂务各系统【水、电、空压特气体系统、空调、净化室、工艺排气、安防系统等】的建立和维护，确保各个系统正常运作，满足生产需求
2、负责厂务及生产设备管理，新设备导入及验证及设备日常维护，支撑生产正常运行
3、建立健全设备管理制度、维护保养制度；
4、对厂务设备的操作人员进行操作培训，确保厂务设备的正确安全使用；
5、及时处理紧急抢修工作，确保生产的正常进行；
6、协同厂务各系统供应商，协调及监督施工管理，保证厂务系统质量、安全及可靠性。
二、任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，机电/暖通/自控/机械等专业
2、3年半导体行业厂务及设备管理工作经验，适应半导体生产超洁净车间工作环境；
3、熟悉施工图纸及规范，了解行业相关规范；
4、有工程管理经验优先；
5、了解工厂新建、车间改造等相关流程
6、熟练使用office办公软件，责任心强、工作积极主动
