海图科技成立于2013年，是一家为各行业提供人工智能、流媒体视讯方案的高新技术企业。公司自成立以来，已为铁路、教育、会议、煤矿、烟花等多种行业提供了行业解决方案。公司拥有 4项软件产品着作权，2项发明专利，20项实用新型专利。公司先后与国内外多家大型单位合作，成为其指定方案供应商，和设备生产商。

公司专注于数字音视频压缩、存储、解码及网络传输等相关领域的研究，同时不断挑战新技术新方法，先后推出了基于海思3512/3516/3516C/3516AIPC的解决方案，同时研发出基于hi3515/hi3531/hi3531A的DVR的解决方案、基于hi3531/hi3536NVR的解决方案。2014年底公司成功研制出基于H265编码的的HDMI、VGA、SDI编码器。2015年成功研发出基于hi3536的16路1080p解码器，基于hi3531A的8路hdmi、sdi、vga高清编码器。
