China Electronics Xiangjiang Data Service Co., Ltd. was established in August 2020. It is a three-party joint venture formed by China Electronics Data Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Electronics Corporation (CEC); Hunan Meixihu New City Medical Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiangjiang Group; and Changsha Medical Health Investment Group Management Co., Ltd. Its controlling shareholders are strong: China Electronics Data is a second-tier subsidiary of China Electronics Corporation (CEC); Meixihu New City Medical belongs to Xiangjiang Group, a Changsha municipal state-owned enterprise; and Changsha Medical Investment is a state-owned professional medical investment company jointly established by seven municipal public hospitals in Changsha. In the future, China Electronics Xiangjiang is expected to achieve steady growth through both organic development and external expansion.
China Electronics Xiangjiang Data Service Co., Ltd. undertakes the mission of demonstrating and promoting national information technology innovation in the healthcare field, and has signed the "Health and Medical Data Authorization Agreement" with the Changsha Municipal People's Government.
