中节能（龙南）环保能源有限公司（简称“龙南公司”）位于江西省赣州市龙南市东江乡，占地约145亩，注册资本金6800万元。系中国节能环保集团有限公司三级子公司，中国环境保护集团有限公司二级子公司。 公司负责投资建设运营龙南市（三南）生活垃圾焚烧发电项目（以下简称项目），一期总投资约3.4亿，配置1台日处理规模500吨的机械炉排炉，1台12汽轮发电机组及辅助设施，同时配套130炉渣、100建筑垃圾综合利用车间及设备，50餐厨垃圾处理车间及设备。项目每年处理垃圾182500吨，发电7215万度，减少碳排放5.11万吨，可以真正实现“变废为宝”，从根本上解决垃圾处理问题，为环境改善和生态环境建设作出重要贡献。
