Fangda Group Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. was founded on December 28, 1991, at the forefront of reform and opening-up—Shenzhen. The company's stocks (A-share code: 000055; B-share code: 200055) were listed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 29, 1995, making it one of the first private enterprises in China to be listed with both A and B shares.
