6. 熟练掌握缓存Redis、消息队列（如Kafka、RabbitMQ等）、对象存储等组件的原理、设计及使用场景。
7. 有从0到1主导复杂系统架构设计的成功案例，熟悉领域驱动设计（DDD）与架构方法论。
8. 熟悉分布式事务（Seata等）、分库分表、服务网格（如Istio）、容器化（Docker/K8s）等技术。
9. 精通MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库，熟悉MongoDB等NoSQL数据库的选型与优化。
10. 能够基于Python构建数据管道、AI/ML服务或自动化工具，支持系统智能化需求。
11. 具备技术团队管理经验，熟悉敏捷开发流程，有DevOps落地实践经验。
12. 出色的跨团队沟通能力，能推动技术方案在业务侧落地。
13. 有大流量高并发系统架构设计经验或复杂业务中台建设经验者优先。
