岗位职责：
1．负责核心业务系统的架构设计和技术方案制定。
2．优化现有系统架构，提升系统的可扩展性、性能和稳定性。
3．承担重大项目攻坚任务，应对技术难题和时间挑战。
4．主导或参与问题定位、故障排除，确保快速完成故障恢复。
5．积极参与敏捷开发流程，推动团队持续改进。
6．负责需求评估和产品文档转换为技术方案。
7．负责系统框架设计和核心代码的开发、迭代。
8．主导优化系统性能，保证系统的稳定性可扩展性。
任职要求：
1．研究生及以上学历，计算机等相关专业，具有5年以上Java开发经验、前端react开发经验者优先。
2．具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
3．熟练掌握分布式系统的设计和开发，深入理解分布式架构、微服务架构，能够使用分布式技术解决实际问题，如分布式事务、数据一致性、负载均衡等。
4．深入理解Docker容器化技术、微服务架构，熟悉常用设计模式。
5．精通Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Spring AI等主流Java开发框架。
6．精通关系型、非关系型及各类专用数据库（含时序型），具备扎实的 SQL 编写与优化能力，并熟悉多种查询语言及性能调优手段。
7．熟悉Redis、Kafka、RabbitMQ、MongoDB、Elasticsearch、FastDFS、MinIO等常用中间件技术。
8．熟练掌握性能优化技术，能够对系统进行全面的性能测试和优化，包括代码优化、数据库优化、服务器优化等。
9. 熟悉AI、大模型（LLM）、检索增强（RAG）、知识库、微调（LoRA）、LangChain（工作流）等开发技术者优先。
