It has formed original achievements in negative stiffness, variable damping, vibration isolation, and stable posture coordination, and has developed more than 40 types of high-end vibration isolators and formed standards. As the "chain leader" enterprise for complete humanoid robots in Hubei Province, the company cooperates with the team of Academician Chen Xuedong from Huazhong University of Science and Technology to develop China's first humanoid robot with ultra-high load capacity. In November 2024, during General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection tour in Hubei, he cordially met with the company's Chairman Dou Qiaoqi and Chief Scientist Academician Chen Xuedong, and fully affirmed the company's innovative achievements in humanoid robots. The company is building the "Laborer" family series, covering 1.3m, 1.7m, and 1.8m bipedal robots, quadruped robots, wheeled robots, and other full product forms to meet multi-scenario application needs.
The company pioneered the virtual standard device technology driven by knowledge-data joint driving, and for the first time at home and abroad realized real-time accurate assessment of the error state of large-scale in-operation transformers under no-power-outage conditions, breaking through the traditional idea that verification can only rely on comparison with physical standard devices. It has been reviewed and appraised by multiple academicians and experts: the overall technology has reached the * level. The technical achievements have been applied on a large scale in the State Grid system, with cumulative output value exceeding 1 billion yuan.
The company cooperates with Huazhong University of Science and Technology to carry out systematic research and innovative application of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy technology. This technology breaks through the limitations of traditional metal detection methods. Compared with the weight loss method, electrochemical method, etc., laser technology can quickly and non-destructively evaluate the corrosion resistance of materials. By emitting short-pulse lasers on the surface of the target material, inducing slight ablation and generating characteristic spectra, and conducting spectral analysis through intelligent algorithms, the material composition and corrosion state can be quickly and accurately identified. This technology has broad application prospects in material detection and other fields.
