一、企业概况甘肃东方钛业有限公司(以下简称“东方钛业”)成立于2011年5月，2014年9月由中核钛白收购并投资建设，公司位于白银高新技术开发区银东工业园，占地934亩，主要生产经营金红石型钛白粉，注册资本15.8亿元，在职员工780人,其中大专及以上学历人员占85%。一期10万吨钛白粉项目于2015年6月开工，投资16亿元，2018年9月建成投产,2020年全年生产钛白粉10.4万吨，产值9.67亿元，利税1.15亿元。东方钛业拟结合现有10万吨/年的钛白粉产能的基础上，于“十四五”期间在白银高新区银东工业园投资超150亿元开展“硫-磷-铁-钛-锂”绿色循环产业项目，建成后将实现产值约300亿元，利税90亿元，解决就业5500余人。
